I have a problem when a new user tries to register.  They can complete the registration page but after  hitting "Submit Registration" they then get "An unknown error has occured" message.  See attached screenshot.

I have recently installed MyBB version 1.8.6 but the issue may well have been there previously and just not been mentioned.

Any help to resolve this problem would be appreciated.
