Hi, can I somehow play sound/music to specific user?

For example:
Some user has birdthday and I want to play song to him(Happy birdthday). How can I do that?

you can use HTML in Posts plugin & embed required music file / video file from a popular web site (eg. youtube)
(caution: allow only yourself (and trusted other forum administrators) to post the html content)
