I was just testing my forum to see if everything is working and when I clicked to post a new thread this happens. No text box. I am using the TheGray Theme I downloaded. I just started making forums/websites.

I am using the 1.8.6 version of MyBB.

what is your forum url ?
at the themes section in admin panel, change editor style of the theme you are using and save the theme properties. then check the editor

Ok I found that editor style and there is 8 options.

I tried all of them and when I write something and post its really bugged

can you give the link of that grey theme you are using .. looks like it is not fully compatible with MyBB 1.8.x
do you get the same problem with MyBB stock theme ?

by stock theme, I was referring to MyBB's original default theme

MyBB 1.8.x compatible themes are available at the Extend section

^ okay. its better to remove earlier installed gray theme.
