Hey,

Where do I find the files that keep the forum posts and threads?

I have a backup but I do not want to replace everything, only the posts & threads.

Is it in phpMyAdmin or on the FTP server?

Forums, topics and posts are stored in the database, and as such can be found in phpMyAdmin.

Topics can be found in the table "mybb_threads" and posts can be found in "mybb_posts", assuming you used the default "mybb_" prefix when installing MyBB.
