Hello! My website is www.paksiyasat.com. My website shows sometimes as text-only version, when I contacted to my host about this issue. He told that my website is being shown online without CSS styling. Please guide me how do I install CSS styling on my website.

forum is loading normal for me. when you have problem try hard refreshing your browser (eg. press CTRL + F5)

I have done it, but its not being loaded normally. I also wants to tell you that this website is also tested on my friends PC, but sometimes it still shows as text-only version.
