people cant register due to this issue

when i say no one can register i mean no one at all

what is your forum url & which theme you are using ?

Hello,

Adjust "Home » Board Settings » Stop Forum Spam" settings. You may start with lowering "Confidence Level" around 20%

or

Try to disable "Display a hidden CAPTCHA" in "Home » Board Settings » Login and Registration Options"

nope didnt work i have even reinstall mybb :/
