How can I set it as 16.00 instead of 4.00 by default?



When I login, I see it as 16.00,  as a guest I see it this way.

I got h:i A in ACP.

h:i A = 04.00 PM
h:i = 04.00

How to make it 16.00 ?

Ok I got it you have to make 'H:i'

user control panel also has related option apart from the admin panel setting

user control panel >> edit options --> Date and Time Options --> Time Format
