I Have Many Problems With Mybb 1.8.6 . When ever i edit any settings through Admin Panel and hit save button setting was n0t saved then i open any other page or setting then Green Message Shows that Setting Has Been Saved .
Second Problem Is That On Forum Index Page Under The Whos Online Block N0 Member Shown That online but when i open Whos Online Page then members shown . When i Rebuild Chache Through Admin Cp Everything is Working .
Now I Move to Vbulletin and i dont like Vbulletin i love Mybb i dont want to leave Mybb . Please help me out .

Is your ./inc/settings.php writable? Check it's CHMOD please.

Yes it is Writeable .

What's it's chmod values?

666 .

Delete the settings.php file then make changes and save it... settings.php will be regenerated automatically after this. Lets see if that works.
