Howdy,

MyBB does of course allow you to Soft Delete Posts or Threads, as well as Hard Delete. 

Is it possible to only allow certain Usergroups to use the Hard Delete feature? 

For example:
Group A can Soft Delete 
Group B can Soft Delete and Hard Delete
