i have a forum with mybb and i try to register and its give me this msg

"Please correct the following errors before continuing:

• The image verification code that you entered was incorrect. Please enter the code exactly how it appears in the image."
  

i try to look in google and i don't find any thing that can help

please give me a way to fix that

i try to use 1.8.3 heb

and i try 1.6.14

and the same thing now im installing 1.8.3 again.

i dont have any theme yet

you may PM me temporary access to your forum admin panel to fix it
you can give your own login & change your password later
