guys, when the admin cp settings are changed, there is a bit confusion. All the colours are gone and in a page the words become blue but when i load back the setting .php file into ftp , it gets well. Only the changed setting is not enough to do the old one again. İs there anybody who knows that what is going on?

I have changed the other settings for trying but to get it to the first type solved nothing. I have to put the setting.php into ftp again.
I don't see a "page guides" setting in "Server and Optimization Options". Is it a plugin?
