I need to copy my video templates from the original MyBB theme to my custom one because videos do not work on my forum.

How can I do that?

Did you find that style in mybb default theme?
If yes then copy it's codes and then in general templates section click on add a news template and then paste the codes

I did what @Alizke said but the links were http:// so it wouldn't work... I just made it https:// on all of the templates and it all worked. Thanks!
