For a few versions now, since upgrading , members have been reporting issues where they must refresh the page multiple times for the actual board content to appear.

Experienced it today myself, page loaded, sidebar showed, but no forum content, hit refresh, there it was.

How would I do this?

try to run File Verification. what plugins are you using?
