Ok so I've tried installing different themes but no matter which one I get I keep having user profile displayed above the psot instead on left side, even tho screens of each themes I got were showing it on the left / right side, could anyone point me to the way how to fix it?

Noone said it's controlled by themes. It's an option controlled in UCP -> Options -> Display posts in classic mode.
