i upgrade my forum from 1.6.8 to 18.0 then to 18.6
in admin , plugins , i cant see any plugins ! some of them still work normaly but i can see them to enable and disable ...

don't work

have you disabled plugins before upgrading ?

most of earlier plugins are not compatible with MyBB 1.8.x - you have to find updated versions of plugins
MyBB 1.8.x plugins section => http://community.mybb.com/mods.php
some of earlier plugins might work by changing plugin compatibility
