Wondering if I can merge a phBB 3.0.10 to myBB 1.8

• Forum is six+ years old
  
• Over 10k members
  
• Groups come with certain permissions - much like myBB(Wondering if all permissions will transfer over next to groups)
  
• Posts, threads etc.
  
• Bans

Basically wish to bring the entire forum over, without losing anything. If it can be done please mention so, if things are going to be left out - mention that as well.

your forum can be converted to MyBB.
see running merge system

almost all phpBB features can be converted to MyBB however there can be some manual work after the conversion.
earlier topics links & posts links are not retained after the conversion. i.e. topic xyz on MyBB is not same as topic xyz on phpBB
BB codes might need fixing through database queries
custom user groups permissions might not convert to MyBB

Does this merging process also include merging to 1.6.18 , noticed this update and was wondering if it would apply to me: http://blog.mybb.com/2015/09/07/mybb-1-8...6-release/

currently available merge system is for converting to MyBB 1.8.6
