Hello! I don't know if this is the right place to type this, but.

I have a problem on my website, I have this automated announcement maker without any plugins or I don't think any modules. This is the website: www.neptune.a0001.net

The announcement is on the first page (where the link redirected you to), and should look like this:
Announcements: < Message>

I want to edit the announcement, but I cant find it on my admin control panel.

I also checked other threads like this, but it was relating to global announcements, but it didn't work.

Does anyone can help me with this?

Btw: I am running with the latest version of MyBB, which is 1.8.6, and have a custom themed installed on.
it should be in the Header templates... ACP >> Templates >> Your theme's templates >> Header Temaplates >> header

also the css is not loading correctly on your forums, you might wanna look at: http://docs.mybb.com/1.8/faq/styles/

Thank you for your support, but:

I haven't got any missing styles, it only took a refresh and logging into the admin menu.
Secondly, it does have a template for the announcement, but for the Mod Global and forum announcement, not the CSS / jQuery

Sadly, this doesn't solve the question. Thanks for trying to help me!
thats weird... this is what i see: http://s21.postimg.org/f8ulqq24n/image.png

try to log out of your forums and visit it as a guest...

and the header template should contain the html for that announcement bar while you can edit the css for it from unlimited.css file at ACP >> Themes >> Your theme >> Unlimited.css

and the jquery which controls it should be in the headerinclude template...

Hi again! I see my style without logging in... www.imgur.com/hzRbQCf. (sorry for potato quality),
I don't see the headertemplate tab on my admin panel.

Edit: Thanks! it actually helped me! It was in ACP > Template > Edit the template and save > Header > The file and I edited it! Thanks!
if www prefix is used for your forum then style sheets & javascripts are not loaded
