i am created mybb backup and upload to phpmy admin but backup not work succsfully -- i got many problem pleasae help me urgent--if i open any thread than i got error --404 not found

hello friend i am move to one sever to another server - so i am create database backup -- after i am install 1.8.3 mybb version an upload his backup to phpmy admin but dont show any update way please help ?

You don't need to reinstall MyBB. You only need to copy the files from the old server to the new server, update the mysql login informations in inc/config.php. If you have a new url, also cookiedomain, cookiepath and homeurl in inc/settings.php and then import the database backup with phpmyadmin into the right database on the new server. Don't forget to update the settings in the ACP if you changed anything in inc/settings.php.
