Hello,
my hoster shot my website down because this reason:

You must:
- secure script to not allow it to be used by spammers by deactivating it or adding captcha, or:
- remove the file if you did not upload the spamming script, as you have been hacked and must further:
 - check all files on your webspace for further files uploaded by hackers
The following file(s) is/are being used for spamming:
/member.php

Now they say to reactive http://cabconmodding.com/ I need to delete the memeber.php. Can I do this without problems? In my known after that my website don't work anymore...

Deleting the member.php file will prevent anybody from logging in or signing up. Run the file verification tool via the ACP to ensure the file hasn't been modified at all. If it has, replace it with a copy from a fresh download.

or post your member.php code here... (but before runing verification tool)

If your code hasn't been modified you may need to look into getting new hosting.

yeah but saddly I bought this hoster already for 1 year... so...
