i am looking to develop a webmaster forums and i need advanced features like

thread preixs with seeling , buying etc and ability for the visitor to mark the thread as issue

just like digitalpoint forums has

any themes or mods available for this

You may create prefixs by yourself .

You can use any theme available for mybb 18 and for the customization work of thread prefix you will find that in mybb Admin CP. The visitor part will be tricky and it will need to customize the permissions for guest users then they will be able to mark a thread as issue or anything you want it to be.
