Hello & Thanks ,
Looking at myBB for my Forum :
Registration request , how to ask for reasons why to join ? 
If admin likes the reasons , admit to Forum , else reject .
Is this easy to , built in , or what ?

Hi
Very simple!
First chose manually user activation in configuration > Login and Registration Options > registration method > Administrator activation
Then go to custom fields (in sidebar menu of configuration) and add a field as you wish
Then tick the show at registration and required to yes!
All done!
Now if you like that reason active that user other wise kick him out of your forum
