This happens in the Admin CP, and when I edit a post. I tried upgrading to MyBB 1.2.6. IT DID NOT WORK.
EDIT: I posted in the wrong forum. Once a mod gets here, can he/she move this?

What do you mean the latest files? I tried updating, but I might have done it wrong. I have both an Upload and an uploads dir. Is that supposed to happen.
I remember this error from a long time ago, so either you didn't upgrade properly or it's a bad plugin
It must not have updated properly, since it still says MyBB version: 1.2.1
So how do I go about upgrading? I followed the instructions... I'll follow them again, I guess.
After you're done, if you receive an error run the upgrade script (install/upgrade.php)
