hi on my site when i make an thread or post i see no smiles as an admin or other user i have chekced on my ftp and i can see all the files there any ideas why

Go to: ACP > Configuratiuons > Smilies
Does the Smilies there show up the same way as the screenshot you've posted? If so, check the image path linked to the smilies.
its the same in the acp but the images are right ?

Your smilies end in .png, not .gif.
Two ways to fix this:
Navigate to the following: ACP > Configuratiuons > Smilies > Mass Edit and delete all existing smilies and click Save Smilies. Once done, go to Add Multiple Smilies and input the following path:
images/smilies/
OR
Navigate to the following: ACP > Configuratiuons > Smilies
Edit each Smilie one by one, and change the image path from .gif to .png at the end.
Great worked wonder why it did that i not changed that at all ?
Did you manually install the MyBB software? Sometimes this can happen if you have used the Softaculous installation or have merged with another board. Either that, or I can only assume another administrator or yourself has done this by mistake.
