In the user list which shows how many people are online, it will show a username for example "https" but when I click on it, it will take me to another persons profile like "Jamie" or something. It's like it's showing the users profile but the wrong link in the background. What can be causing this?

No plugins were added.
Could it be CloudFlare? Because this has been happening often.
EDIT: Even the users tab in AdminCP is not showing the names but rather the link is on the delete user text.

The other administrator had uploaded the theme, I don't know if it was purchased.

Nope, it was installed directly over FTP.
can you run file verification tool available at tools & maintenance section of admin panel to find missing / changed files.
ignore files reported from install folder & its subfolders. Also ignore reported images.
you have to replace reported files from MyBB source files pack of your forum's version.
