It'd be neat if there was an option to not set the sender email for emails sent to the administrator via the contact form as the email the user inputted into the form.
It's not exactly uncommon for well-configured mail providers to not allow outbound email from non-verified domains. This is the case for AWS SES, and unless you're familiar with email, I'm sure it's stumping for some users.
It's simple enough to just modify the source and use the contact/admin email variable, but would neat to not have to make a core modification for this.
