I am experiencing problems with a few installs of 1.8.6
The thread authors name on index and forum display is not a clickable link.
Thread authors are registred, activated members.
Author name is a text link on forum display_threadlist.
Any ideas?
what is your forum url & which theme you are using ?
by default, index has last poster's link & forum display has both thread starter & last poster
I'm using the default theme, clean install, no plugins.
Last post by and thread/author links are showing as links on forumdisplay_threadlist.
The last post by is just showing as a name and not clickable link on forumdisplay_subforums and index page.
Some show, some don't, can't find a connection.
Members registered and activated.
Just noticed, if I edit/save as admin the posts where the above is occurring the author name becomes a link???
forum url please .. have you put the posts on moderation ?
(i.e. initially posts are set in unapproved status - a moderator / admin must approve)
