I'm experiencing an issue with my subforum display. The index template does not show my 'newly' created subforums when I create them.

I create a subforum, and it works. However, there not displayed on the index page. For example I create 'Stress Testing subforum' and it works, but it only shows here:

http://underground-exploits.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?fid=66

Now when you visit the default page http://underground-exploits.com/forums it shows the ones I made before, but the "Stress Testing" one is new, and it does not display at all in the Marketing Tab subforum.

I've been in these templates here, and my codes are right:
- forumbit_subforums
- forumbit_depth1_cat_subforum

I've also made sure my permissions were set so that my user's can see subforums. I've created a test dummy incase someone need's to have access to the board.

Can someone please issue me some help, so I can quickly get this resolved. The plugins I have are basic, and I've used them without any issue before.
