So i deleted a plugin witch was "Hello world" and then my forum deleted automatically i don't know what happened.
When even i go to my forum it says error or something.

I don't think its a problem related to hello world plugin,You should check logs and see what caused such.
000webhost sucks, u may use byethost.
000webhost probably suspended your account. They're not reliable. Use a paid host in the future.
