I've noticed that most registered members on my forum have no PM option. I've also have had members ask me if I could fix this problem. Any way I could disable the option to not receive PM's? Also, is their a way to enable PMing for all registered members on my forum?

I've done some looking around and tried to fix the problem but have yet to find a solution.

It should be checked automatically during signup, they may have disabled it. To enable for all users try this:
