You can't unblock it, that would be up to the IT department for your school board. You can get around it though, by using a browser proxy, though most schools have the popular ones blocked, but you could try the following sites for getting around the blocked sites at your school:

https://kproxy.com
http://boomproxy.com
http://filterbypass.me
http://proxyfreeweb.com
http://surf-for-free.com
http://incloak.com
http://free-onlineproxy.com
If none of those work, there's hundreds more that can be found on Google. Word to the wise, don't use the same proxy service every time, schools tend to block them after prolonged use.

Unless your school doesn't fall for that and even MITMs your connections with a Fortigate firewall certificate. Yes, mine does and it ruins the internet now that HSTS is being adopted.
