I want to change After Registration Message which looks as shown below

Quote:"To complete your registration, please check your email for account activation instructions. Until you activate your account you may not be able to post on these forums"

But don't able to find the location

~/inc/languages/english/member.lang.php file #L186

language file can be edited by using an advanced editor like notepad++ (php files should be saved with utf encoding without BoM )
or it can be edited from admin panel (see editing language variables)
