Alright, I got it on and everything, but what would I put in the space to get the image, the instructions on there are not helping

go to admin cp -> Forum &posts -> forum management -> select the forum you want to change the icon -> go to "edit forum settings" -> find "Custom Forum Icon" and place your image link/path there.
