Send %1$s a private message instead of: Send "username" a private message.
Let me know what's wrong,

Are you using the recent threads on profile mod, perhaps?

Not anymore. Thanks for the help it is now working.

I had the same problem with it. You can fix it by deleting the language strings pm & e-mail. You don't have to uninstall.
