the screenshots and online tutorials don't resemble what I see in my admin area
Namely

• Screenshot shows My Advertisements link under Tools & Maintenance (navigation bar) > Tools & Maintenance (left sidebar at the bottom) 
  

• It's missing in mine. 
  

I've been through all the menus but did not find it.

Also, the readme files say Object Not Found

admin panel >> users & groups >> admin permissions >> [click on your user name]
>> tools & maintenance (tab) >> Can manage My Advertisements? --> select yes & save

if above doesn't work due to super admin permissions
admin panel >> users & groups >> admin permissions >> Group Permissions (tab) >> [click on your group]
