I went to ACP. I changed the max file size to 1 GB because it's a website where it needs a lot of attachment size, and I tried submitting an attachment but it came to this: Can not upload file - Too large for php post_max_size directive. Please press the back button. I have posted before and got up to 3.5 MB and when I posted a file over 1.5 MB, it came to that because it's over 5 MB probably. How do I change this? I am a newb at MyBB.

please contact your web host and ask to increase post_max_size

you can see current post_max_size at the php info
forum admin panel >> tools & maintenance >> View PHP Info --> search for post_max_size
