If you viewed my last thread about me in the process of making my theme responsive, I've run into a slight issue. For example.. 


You can see there is a horizontal scroll bar that when moved to the right reveals unwanted background.. what i'm trying to do in other words is fit the whole forum in the frame without the horizontal scroll bar.

It seems to be perfectly fine for my screen as you can see here: http://i.imgur.com/v3Wb4io.png

The only thing I can thing of is you just have the width of something too large for your particular screen. Most likely the #content css.

Apologies I added a code to get rid of it but have removed now. Also it only usually takes effect upon re-sizing your browser

Problem fixed, the logo was the cause.
