I believe I lost may of my overseas members (  British to be more accurate ) because my ebook site does not have the explanation of cookie policy or a warning such as "This site uses cookies " as you see on others. I have looked around my second home ( here ) and I am not searching correctly or there is nothing out to this effect. Is there something planned for the near future or can you point me to the correct place to get it?

I would like to know how to configure that plugin .m. to appear below the header right before the forums.. How would I do that?
