Can anyone help me with this?

I install Xenforo shoutbox that made for MyBB. The shoutbox Created by Mattbox Solutions. I install by follow the guide. Everything work and show. The only problem i have is that the shoutbox kept loading. I check eveything in ftp too see if all file are in correct folder.
Can't seem to find the problem. 
Any suggestion why it kept loading?

what is your forum url ? do guests have access to the shoutbox ?

only member can see the shoutbox.

your forum is loading multiple instances of jQuery scripts. that needs to be avoided !
if it is confusing, assuming that you have a legit forum (see support eligibility policy)
you may PM me temporary access to forum admin panel to check it
