Strange problem...I just upgraded from 1.6.x to 1.8.6 and everything went smooth BUT I am missing the link in the ACP side nav bar to the registration page security questions settings! What do I need to do to fix this? I cannot access settings to set the questions and they do not show up on the reg form even though I have the feature turned on in the registration settings...
if you are referring to MyBB 1.8.x 's default security questions facility then check

Simple fix, I though some old files from the upgrade were messing with me!

if doubt about missing files, you can run file verification tool at the tools & maintenance section of admin panel
