I agree. I have members who don't have access to their email and lost their password. It forces me to manually recover the account which is terrible.
Account security and recovery process for MyBB needs a serious overhaul.
Security questions are weak and possibly expose a user to private and personal data being stored on your site. It's my least favorite form of account security.
