Hello, I think this would be interesting.

Just like a poll, users can add Rate function to their thread. It shows where poll are shown.
This function can be set to certain forums (or can be disallowed in certain forums)

Every user can pick between 0 and 10.
Forum automatically calculates users rate (for example 5.3) and shows it.

If someone else votes for 2, then forum refreshes 5.3 to some lower point.

I think this plugin would be really good for movie/serial forums. 
I know forums have rate thread function, but this is entirely different issue.

You can already do this with MyBB's polling feature.

I dont think MyBB's polling feature uses math to give score?

I am saying that, people should not see how many other ppl voted for which rate, people should only see their options and when they write it they should see average score.

Like they pick 8, after that forum calculates new rate of thread and shows 5.8 as a result, for example.

I think this could be really nice for movie etc. forums
