In my forum the speed in home page is slow but in other pages it's ok

The speed of the home page seems fine for me, it might be your Internet? Because you do have quite a few things all over the home page.

long list of forums & last poster avatar & couple of more plugins are affecting speed of the index page

The issue occurs before last posters avatar
Can name the plugins you mentioned please?

Can it be the source of speed issue?

Maybe because there are too much files delivering directly from your main domain try to use a CDN or subdomain to load CSS/JS files.
