atlast one more error

/home/zeroalli/public_html/inc/languages/english/admin/user_ougc_awards.lang.php does not exist

^ obviously that file is missing. please check again the plugin files & their locations !

One more.. when i opened the plugin after installation, it says
Warning [2] require(/home/zeroalli/public_html/admin/modules/user/ougc_awards.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory - Line: 766 - File: admin/index.php PHP 5.4.45 (Linux)

by any chance is your admin folder renamed for better security ?
if so that change needs to be considered for uploading plugin files

if you have not renamed the admin folder then again check the plugin files & destinations !!
