My Forum Reputation button not working when i presspress the reputation button nothing pop up nothing change...& Post reputation button not show...Please Fix this problem

basically multiple loading of scripts should be avoided.
eg. check for duplicated codes in headerinclude template & showthread template & remove duplicated codes
how to know they are duplicate templates???
