Hello Everyone,

Whenever I send a mass mail from my forum to users, they get 5 mails of the same mail in every few minutes.

Can I get any solution for that?

Check in the mybb_users table and make sure the user who is reporting the problem is only registered once. If that person registered multiple accounts, they would receive one email per account depending on your user selection criteria.

I checked that. And also All of the users are getting same mail 5 times.
