can someone help me, how to adjust MyBB settings so,
that emails for Forum Subscriptions will be sent immediately
after new thread is published?

I believe they are sent immediately? Are you seeing some kind of delay?
Yes in some cases they were sent with delay...
(as they were sent in bachses...)
Have any idea where to start rresolve of thi problem?

There is no such settings for delay or speedup, mail delivery depends on your mail server load, speed, etc.. for immediate mail delivery use private smtp mail server and configure that in MyBB settings, let me know if you want me to do it for you. I had done this before for an friend.
