how to create Meta Description and Keyword for every individual Thread?

I am not even sure if you can do that nor see a point in doing that.
Seems like that's overdoing SEO but not so sure,

Google SEO and MySEO are the only two plugins that I use on my forum and they seem to work just fine.

Keywords are ignored by most spiders since people were doing keyword flooding. Thread descriptions (also descriptions for other pages) would help users to decide whether to visit your site.
