Hi, i dont know is that right place, but i need to know.. so how i create this homepage with 2 forums (dirrerent languages) and then i click on it shows that forum.

that is two different forums in two sub-folders - with different user base & separate logins
if you need, same method can be used

how i do this?!

you can make two sub-folders in your domain's main folder and install two separate MyBB forums
with required language packs. And add links to those forums on index of your domain's main folder
