Hello I just installed the Flatty theme and I would like to know how to edit the side bar (images included below) the about us footer and the links on the footer.

you need to change it on admin cp -> templates & style -> templates -> select the flatty theme templates.
now to change the sidebars, you need to do that on index templates -> index.
to change the links on footer and about us, you need to do that on footer templates -> footer.
