My Host sent me this in a email can anyone tell me what it means please.

I see in the error log that your site exceeded it's allowed open php processes, could you check your code to verify that you terminate the php process correctly after eash script is executed?

can you post which plugins are in active status ? are you using a free web host ?

I'm using a payed Host my plugins are

Users Browsed Topic (1.1.1)
Mybb Ncode Image Resizer (1.0)
ProStats /proʊˈstæts/ (1.9.6)
Inferno Shoutbox (1.3.1)
Game Section (1.3.0)
Country Flag (1.1)

MyBB Version 1.8.6

though you have limited number of plugins, almost all are resource intensive.
you can disable shoutbox & users browsed topic plugins and check

or may be better to contact web host and ask which files are causing the load
